Ace gives a 5 minute wait time for students to enter the vehicle upon pick up time. (example: student pick up time is 745am. Ace will leave at 750am with/without student(s) to ensure other students are not late. If for some reason Ace is running late, we still give the 5 min wait time upon our arrival.
In order to keep costs low for districts, Ace DOES NOT bill for cancellations made at least an hour prior to pick up time. Cancellations are accepted by parent/guardian or school personnel. (NOT ACCEPTED BY STUDENTS)
After 3 consecutive "No Services", Ace will no longer send a vehicle to transport. In order to have this service restored, a parent/guardian will have to contact school personnel.
Students or Parents/guardians CANNOT change pick-up & drop-off locations or times unless specifically authorized by school personnel.
NO EATING OR DRINKING IN VEHICLE. NO EXCEPTIONS
NO STUDENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO RIDE UNLESS WEARING A SEATBELT, NO MATTER THEIR AGE OR HEIGHT.
We are much like a school bus service and expect acceptable social behavior from the students we transport. Ace reserves the right to refuse anyone service on the basis of misbehavior or inappropriate actions while in our vehicles.
